Hurricane Sandy

Damage from the hurricane.

Dear Customers,

Because of the hurricane, we were without power from October 30 to November. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

We are pleased to announce that we are now operating in full force, and we are working as quickly as possible to deliver orders that were placed prior to the storm as well as online orders that were placed during the power outage. We are taking new orders and will ship them out as soon as possible.

Please forgive us for the delay; we hope to serve you soon.

Equipping Counselors for Your Church

View in iTunes

Bob Kelleman’s book “Equipping Counselors for Your Church” listed as #4 in David Murray’s top five books of 2011.

Bob Kellemen shifted my thinking with this visionary yet practical book. I probably don’t reach up to Bob’s optimism about this task (who could!), but he certainly made me hope and work towards a much greater role for every-member counseling ministry in the local church.”

—David Murray

Amazing Grace 360

(Above, left to right): Lacreasha, Jessica, and Cherith hold a copy of My Grandmother is . . . Praying for Me, adorned with weepuls (fluffy babies with bottles) used to promote the new title.

P&R marketing associate Cherith Craig represented P&R at the PCA Women’s Amazing Grace 360 Conference in Atlanta in October. She is pictured with Lacreasha and Jessica, two young women who P&R sponsored to come to the event. Cherith was a coach in the soccer ministry of New City Fellowship PCA in Chattanooga, TN, during the previous two summers and was a mentor to the girls during that time.

P&R authors Susan Hunt (Prayers of the Bible), Elyse Fitzpatrick (Idols of the Heart), Stephanie Hubach (Same Lake, Different Boat), and Lydia Brownback (Legacy of Faith) were speakers at the event. Also, new P&R authors Pam Ferris, Kathy March, and Susan Kelton led a seminar about their journey in writing the book My Grandmother is . . . Praying for Me.

P&R gave away copies of What My Golden Retriever Taught Me about God by Rhonda McRae to women who signed up for our mailing list.
