Ed Welch is a counselor and senior faculty member at the Christian Counseling & Educational Foundation and adjunct professor of practical theology at Westminster Theological Seminary. He is the author of over fifteen books including When People Are Big and God Is Small, Addictions – A Banquet in the Grave, and Blame It on the Brain?. Ed and his wife, Sheri, have two married daughters and eight grandchildren.
Darby Strickland is a counselor and faculty member for the Christian Counseling & Educational Foundation. She is the author of Is it Abuse? A Biblical Guide to Identifying Domestic Abuse and Helping Victims. She is also a contributor to the free web-based training curriculum Becoming a Church That Cares Well for the Abused. Darby has a Master of Divinity degree in Counseling from Westminster Theological Seminary, where she currently teaches a course on counseling people in abusive marriages. She and her husband, John, have taken great delight in homeschooling their three children.
Steve Hoppe is executive director of Crosstown Counseling LLC in New York. Previously, Steve served as the pastor of counseling at Park Community Church of Chicago. He is the author of Marriage Conflict: Talking as Teammates.
Paul Tautges has been in gospel ministry since 1992 and currently serves as senior pastor of Cornerstone Community Church in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. He is a counselor, trainer, teaching fellow, and speaker in the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC), a council board member of the Biblical Counseling Coalition (BCC), and the author of numerous books and articles. He is the author of Anxiety: Knowing God's Peace.
Steve Estes has been privileged to pastor Brick Lane Community Church in Elverson, Pennsylvania, for thirty years. He serves on the board of the Christian Counseling & Educational Foundation and has written Called to Die, A Better December, and, with Joni Eareckson Tada, When God Weeps and A Step Further. His greatest achievement was talking college classmate Verna Stoltzfus into marrying him in 1974.
